In 2019 I began a path of conducting research and working on a thesis for 96 hours in nature (4 days) to heal. I was a single mom to a five year old, forging ahead with pockets full of purpose, and seeds, and searing pain for the status quo of the society.
Then the world shut down. I moved to build a first prototype for land where neighbors, family, community, kids and elders, gathered in nature. Today, I am on my third year of stewarding our second space: a private 65 acre retreat space in the Catskills. I consult and train organizations, therapists, healers, and run retreats.Â
